Riviera is operated by RIVIERA CLOSET LLC ("Riviera," "we," "us"). By using Riviera you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18.
Riviera is a personal styling service that builds a digital closet from the clothes you own and helps you style them, including through our stylist, Mila. We may change, add or remove features, or stop offering Riviera, at any time.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Don't share it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Don't break the law or infringe anyone's rights; upload content you have no right to; copy, scrape or reverse-engineer Riviera; resell it or use it to build a competing product; or interfere with its security.
Riviera — including its name, logo, Mila, software and content — belongs to RIVIERA CLOSET LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Riviera for your own styling. All other rights are reserved.
You keep ownership of what you provide. You give us a licence to store, process and display it only to run Riviera for you; it ends when you delete the content or your account. Photos you upload, and photographs of you from virtual try-on, are never shown to another member.
Mila's looks and recommendations are automated suggestions, not professional advice, and may be wrong. Purchase and styling decisions are yours.
We may earn a commission when you buy through our links. We are not the seller: purchases are between you and the retailer, on its terms.
Riviera is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past twelve months or US $100.
You agree to cover our costs from claims arising from your misuse of Riviera or breach of these terms.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to protect the service or enforce these terms. Sections 5, 9, 10 and 13 survive.
We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continuing to use Riviera means you accept them.
These terms are governed by Arizona law, with courts in Maricopa County, Arizona. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
